Personalized coverage to help you protect what matters most.
At Veterans United Insurance, we help veterans and service members to get the best boat/watercraft insurance policies to suit their needs. Our agents have experience in insurance, and they understand the needs of veterans. We offer our services throughout the Nation. Most states have put in place measures to promote boat and watercraft safety, but boat insurance is not mandatory. If, you purchase your boat using financing, your lender may require you to have insurance. We help you find the most appropriate policy for you depending on the size of your boat, whether it has safety features and the amount of risk it faces.
There is always a risk of getting into an accident regardless of the type of boat you own. If you are legally liable for the accident, you may have to spend a lot of money to compensate the other boater. Our Liability coverage option helps you pay for the cost of replacing or repairing their boat after an accident. The policy also compensates you for the medical charges of the affected boater. If they sue you, it helps you to cover the legal fees.
Because some states do not require boaters to have insurance, most of them have little or no coverage at all. If you get into an accident where they are liable, they may be unable to compensate you. Our Uninsured/Underinsured coverage option offers you compensation.
We write quotes for Comprehensive Coverage to protect you from losses if your boat gets into accidents caused by reasons other than collision. Such accidents may include theft and fires. This policy helps you to repair or replace your boat.
